Job Title: Local Certified Nursing Assistant

Schedule: 8:30hour shifts (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM).

Duration: 14-week contract position

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in Concord, NHAs a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents. The ideal candidate will be a local Certified Nursing Assistant with a passion for elderly care, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
2. Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and other relevant information.
3. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
4. Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
5. Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the nursing and healthcare team.
6. Ensure a clean and organized living environment for residents.
7. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
8. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
9. Participate in training and educational programs to stay updated on best practices.
10. Maintain confidentiality and respect the dignity of residents.

Qualifications:

1. Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in NH.
2. Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Compassionate and empathetic attitude toward residents.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
7. Physical ability to lift and assist with resident mobility.
8. Successful completion of a criminal background check and health screenings.
