How It Works
Submit a Referral
- Complete our brief Online Referral Form with your referral’s name and contact details.
- The referral must be a new contact for VBeyond Healthcare (i.e., not already in our database or having worked with us within the past 12 months).
VBeyond Healthcare Will Reach Out
- A dedicated member of our recruiting team will contact your referral to assess their skills and availability.
Referral Requirements
- Your referral must work 320 hours or complete their contract in its entirety (whichever comes first).
- Once this milestone is met, the bonus will be processed and distributed the following month.
Referral Bonus Amounts
The amount you can earn depends on the position of the person you refer. Here’s a breakdown of our bonus tiers:

Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), Director of Nursing (DON), Crisis/Interim Executive, Director

Terms & Conditions
- Referrals must be submitted through the online referral form. Please include both your contact information and your referral’s details.
- Referrals must be new contacts to VBeyond Healthcare (not in our database or employed by us within the past 12 months).
- Your referred candidate must start within 90 days of the referral submission date.
- Bonus eligibility: To qualify for the referral bonus, the referred candidate must complete their assignment contract or work 320 billed hours (whichever comes first).
- Bonuses will be processed through your current payroll on the next pay cycle after your referral completes the required hours.
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your referral bonus. The bonus amount will be reported on the applicable IRS form (W-2 or 1099).
- VBeyond Healthcare reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time.
